Khenso Design is an architectural design studio based in Johannesburg, South Africa. We respect your privacy and handle personal information in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). This page explains, in plain language, what we collect on this website and why.

What we collect

• Enquiry details you send us — when you use the enquiry form, call, email or WhatsApp us, we receive the details you choose to share: your name, phone number, email address, site location and a description of your project.
• Anonymous usage statistics — we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site: which pages are viewed, roughly where visitors are located (city level), and how they found us. This does not identify you personally.

How we use it

• To respond to your enquiry and discuss your project — that is the only thing your contact details are used for.
• To understand how the website is used, so we can improve it.

We never sell your information, and we never share it with third parties for marketing.

Who processes it on our behalf

• FormSubmit delivers enquiry-form submissions to our email inbox.
• Google Analytics provides anonymous, aggregated visitor statistics.
• Firebase Hosting (Google) serves this website.

Cookies

This site sets a small number of cookies through Google Analytics, used only to count visits and understand site usage. It does not use advertising or tracking cookies. You can block or delete cookies at any time in your browser settings — the site works fully without them — or install Google's Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

Your rights

Under POPIA you may ask us at any time to see the personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Email khenso@khensodesign.com and we will action your request promptly. You may also lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator of South Africa.
